Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. We are super excited to have you here. Bass Elite Real Estate was founded in Haw River, North Carolina, by Maurice and Dr. Tia Bass. This amazing power couple has been happily married for almost a decade. Prior to and during that time, they have fostered several successful business ventures. Their passion for God and the Love for helping others is what drives them every day.  Maurice and Dr. Tia Bass both grew up in the beautiful state of North Carolina. They have two amazing children, Zannder and Skylar Bass. Maurice and Dr. Tia Bass are heavily involved in their community and their church ministry. They enjoy traveling, swimming, cooking, and spending time with their family.

Maurice has served on the board of the Mebane Business Association for almost 10 years. He has served in the capacity of President, Vice President, and Board Member during that time. While at the Mebane Business Association he brought together businesses and organizations to serve for the progressive improvement of the community. Maurice most recently graduated from the Leadership Alamance certification program in 2024. He currently serves on the Community Engagement Committee for the Alamance County Alzheimer's Association.

Tia serves in a leadership role at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, where she focuses on people engagement, empowerment and education.  She is also a ten-year adjunct faculty member at North Carolina Central University.  She was educated in the University of North Carolina system, where she received her Bachelor of Arts, Master of Public Health, and Doctor of Public Health degrees.  Tia is currently on the executive board of her local chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., where she has the privilege of impacting the local community through both service and philanthropic efforts.
